For eligible students living outside the United States, or any student who wishes to pay with Cash, Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Traveler’s Check, an application that can be downloaded and submitted by mail is available here.

Deposit

A $200 deposit is required at the time of registration. Students can choose to pay the entire tuition price up front or make installment payments following the required deposit. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full one-week prior to check-in at the Camp before room keys are distributed or class begins (for commuter students). 

Enrollment Contract

Applicants must submit a signed enrollment contract to complete the registration process. BBUC administration will email applicants the enrollment contract with instructions upon receipt of a completed application and minimum $200 deposit.

Payment Options

Advance Payment Options (Deposits and Payments received on or before November 1): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Traveler’s Check. We recommend payments after November 1st be made on-line or over the phone with a credit card, or on-site during check-in. Payment accepted in US Dollars only.

On-Site Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Traveler’s Check. Personal checks will not be accepted on-site.

Installment Payments: Installment payments can be made on-line (via Paypal.com) or over the phone with a valid credit card or by mailing a check to: Black & Blue Umpire Camps 9937 Diamonte Way, Sacramento, CA 95829. The amount of each installment is at the student's discretion. Payments after November 1st should either be made online, over the phone or in person during check-in. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should a student's enrollment be terminated or cancelled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

1. Notice of cancellation must be made in person or by Certified Mail.
2. All monies will be refunded if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making initial payment.
3. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the October 1st 2017, will result in a refund of all monies paid, with exception of $150.00 of the registration fee.
4. No refund will be given for cancellations made on or after October 1st 2017 or (10) business days prior to the start of the camp for which you are cancelling your attendance.
5. Termination Date: When calculating the refund due to a student, the last date of actual attendance by the student is used in the calculation unless earlier written notice was received.
6. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination of the student's enrollment or receipt of a Cancellation Notice from the student.
